Synesthesia v1.17.6 bugfixes

Midi and Preset bug patch

Midi:

• 1.17 Midi mapping for Media and Preset Favslots were being saved to user settings but not firing in the app. This has been fixed.

Presets:

• Previously, if a user tried to load a preset that included media set to a webcam, the app would crash.
  • This does not update presets created before this fix, but it does prevent those presets from causing crashes.
