Synesthesia v1.17.8 UI/UX improvements

UX/UI patches

Patchnotes:

• Media folder settings had a visual bug that would show placeholder data when media folders failed to load. This has been fixed.
• Audio Controls would disappear for some users when starting Synesthesia without an internet connection. This has been fixed.
• The search box at the top of the scene library is now sticky. This should help searching for scenes inside of large libraries.
